Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship your order within two weeks. Depending on the basket kit and packaging requirements, we use UPS or USPS Advantage Mail for delivery. To ensure the best experience, please specify your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Delays
During peak holiday seasons or large sales, occasional delays may occur. If you need your package by a specific date, kindly let us know when placing your order.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada using USPS International Post or UPS.

Return Policy
Thank you for placing an order with us! We love seeing customers create incredible products with our kits. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here’s how we handle those situations:

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order anytime before it ships.

30-Day Blanket of Error:
If your kit is missing an element or the correct quantity, you have 30 days to contact us. We’ll promptly send whatever is needed to complete your kit at no additional charge.
Please note: After the 30-day window, free shipping for corrections will no longer apply.

Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your kit, you may return it within 30 days.
Please note: Return shipping is not provided.

Refunds:
Once we receive your kit in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
